Syngonium Podophyllum 'ArrowHead Plant'

Arrowhead plants are unique. The shape of the leaves changes as the plant matures.
Young leaves have 3 deeply cut lobes but, in older specimens, the leaves have 5 lobes. Plants can be trained to climb up thin stakes, or a moss covered pole, or they can trail from a hanging basket.
As the leaves mature, take the brown leaves away from plant, whereas they will accumulate insects. To prevent insects sprinkle ‘Ginger spice’ around plant lightly.
Plants like warm filtered sun in window preferably. The stems can grow up to 6 feet tall. Can also plant outside in shaded area ‘fall, spring, summer, Water well in winter, so they will most likely grow back in spring.
Feed house plant with liquid plant food ‘fertilizer’ every two weeks spring to autumn (fall).
Repot in spring. Use soil based potting mixture. Top dress with Spanish moss. Use plant shine, to keep dust off the plant. This makes it easy to dust them off. Dust can kill the leaves, also if leaves are made to be set against a wall or anything that interferes with its growth. The leaves will turn brown. These arrow-heads are a beautiful green plant for home, office, or landscape. Water well. Keep moist, but not soggy.
