Curses were common in the older days. A curse is a formula of negativity. A curse is a form of formula of words that when recited or written is supposed to influence the curse of another’s life. {Example: I hope who ever framed him breaks their leg.} A person who suspected that an enemy was using curses like this, could reply with counter curses designed to resist the influence of the curse.
{Psalm 109:17 As he loved cursing, so let it come unto him: as he delighted not in blessing, so let it be far from him. } Rebuke the negativity and be positive. Do not rebuke the person. Just saying.
