(Jesus said, ‘Go on asking God for what you need. Then God will give it to you. Go on looking for what you need. Then you will find it. Go on knocking at the door, and God will open it for you. Everyone who asks for something will receive it. Everyone who looks for something will find it. God will open the door for everyone who knocks on it. Matthew 7:7-8 Easy>) But then we ask and then we doubt “What God can do for us.” I remember when I would say to my child, go pick up that truck, then go pick up your blanket, then go pick up your apple you left over there. That poor child was running around in circles. and I just laughed at him, and he giggle also. But then I thought. God this must be how you feel when I change my prayers, don’t stick to trusting You and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. I should just give it to you once and let it go. It’s our dull, hearing that gets us in to trouble.
It reads in John 16:12-15 Easy> I have many more things to tell you. But you are not strong enough to know them now. But the Spirit will come. He is the one who shows people true things about God. When he comes, he will be a guide to you. He will help you to understand everything that is true. He will not speak on his own authority. He will tell you only what he hears from the Father. He will tell you about things that will happen after this time. He will take my message and he will tell it to you. In that way, he will give me honor. Everything that the Father has is mine. That is why I said, “The Spirit will take what is mine and then he will tell it to you.”
