Lord Jesus is our righteous advocate, He lives to make intercession for you and I. Christ is the propitiation for my sins and that His sacrificial death has paid the full price for mine and your sins, to bring us into eternal union with Himself, and returned me back into sweet fellowship with the Father. Keep a short rein on such wrong-doings by directly going to Jesus confess sins. We can enjoy wonderful fellowship with Jesus, simply because we have confided and trusted Him.
John the Evangelist one of the twelve disciples wrote this letter: Part one: It reads in 1 John 2:1-6 Easy: My dear children, I write this letter to you so that you will not sin. But if anyone sins, we have Jesus Christ to help us. He always did what was right, so he is able to defend us before God the Father. Jesus is the way our sins are taken away. And he is the way all people can have their sins taken away too. If we obey what God has told us to do, then we are sure that we know him. If we say we know God but do not obey his commands, we are lying. The truth is not in us. But when we obey God’s teaching, his love is truly working in us. This is how we know that we are living in him. If we say we live in God, we must live the way Jesus lived.
Dear Blessed Lord Jesus., You paid the penalty for my sin, and the power of sin in my life has been broken, enabling me to live my life as You Jesus lived Yours, in spirit and truth. When I mess up let me own up to it to You. I believe that I will submit to Your Holy Spirit’s working within me and around me. I want to live my life as Jesus Christ lived His life while on this earth, in willing submission and total dependence upon You. I will keep Your Word in my heart and let the love of God flow out from me to others. Let me love others as You love them. Thank You, praise You and give You all the glory in Your Precious Name Amen.
