God’s blessing for creatures to be fruitful and multiply. In a broader sense, it can be interpreted as a call for all beings to thrive and flourish.
It reads in Genesis 1:22-25 Easy: God blessed the animals and the birds. He said to them, ‘Give birth to many young ones, so that you grow in number. Fill all the water in the seas. The birds also should become very many, all across the earth.’ Evening passed and then it was morning. That was the fifth day. God said, ‘Different kinds of animals will now appear on the land. There will be farm animals and wild animals. There will also be other small animals that move along the ground. There will be many kinds of animals and each kind will be different.’ And what God said happened. God made the different kinds of wild animals and the different kinds of farm animals. He made all the different kinds of animals that move along the ground. God looked at what he had made. He saw that it was good.

Father God, I thank You and Praise You for the beauty of creation and the life that fills our world. We are grateful for the seas teeming with life and the birds soaring through the sky. Let us all honor Your blessing and care for all living things, fostering growth and harmony in Your creation. Give us the wisdom and strength to nurture and protect the world You’ve entrusted to us, so that all may thrive and flourish as You intended.
