Abraham prays to God to heal Abimelech and his household, and God restores their ability to bear children.


It reads in Genesis 20:17-18 Easy: Then Abraham prayed to God. As a result, God made Abimelech become well again. He also made Abimelech’s wife and his female slaves become well, so that they could have children again. The Lord had made them unable to have children. He did this because of what happened to Abraham’s wife, Sarah.


Father God, just as Abraham prayed for Abimelech and his household, we believe in prayer for healing. We also trust in restoration in all lives. Where there is wrong doing to others, let Your light make things right for those effected by dishonesty. Give to us the compassion to intercede for others in their times of need. Let Your healing touch be upon those who are suffering, and Your blessings be restored in their lives. Guide us to be instruments of Your grace and mercy. Help us to always seek the well-being of others through our prayers and actions. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious name Amen.
