The servant prays by a well. He asks God to reveal the right woman for Isaac. Her willingness to give him and his camels water will be the sign.
It reads in Genesis 24:12-14 Easy: The servant prayed to God. He prayed, ‘Lord, God of Abraham, my master, please be my guide today. Be kind to my master Abraham, as you have promised him. See, I am standing here near this well. The daughters of the people who live in the town will come to get water from the well. I will say to one of the young women, “Please let me have a drink of water from your pot.” If she is the right woman for your servant Isaac to marry, please she say, “Yes, drink. Then I will give water to your camels also”. If that happens, then I will know that you have kept your promise to my master.
Father God, I thank You and praise You for Your word. Lord, I have seen so many prayer requests. Many are looking for a spouse. The servant asked for a sign to recognize the woman You had chosen. Similarly, asking for Your clear guidance in all prayers. Guide others in their journey to find a spouse. Lead them to the person who will be their life partner. Someone who shares their faith and values, and who will help them grow closer to You. Give them patience and peace as they wait, reminding them that Your timing is always perfect. Help them to focus on becoming the person You want them to be. They trust that You are preparing the right person for them. Their moments of doubt and loneliness strengthen their faith and remind them of Your love and faithfulness. They always seek You first. Let them find their worth and identity in Your love. Rather than in their relationship status, they should feel whole in You. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious name Amen.
