One man stood with endless pleas,
The weight too heavy, bending knees.
A father’s voice, both firm and kind,
Spoke truth to ease a weary mind.

Teach them laws, God’s holy way,
Guide their steps in night and day.
Choose the faithful, strong, and wise,
Who fear the Lord and shun all lies.

Thousands, hundreds, fifties, tens,
Leaders raised to serve as friends.
Justice flows, the burden light,
Shared in truth and done in right.

So, Moses learned, and we must too,
That strength is found when shared by few.
For God ordains that peace will grow,
When burdens lift, and justice flows.
