“Walk Justly, Rest Deeply”

Do not twist truth with careless lips or follow crowds when justice slips.

Stand firm for right, defend the weak, let honesty be what you speak.

Do not take bribes or turn your face, from those who cry for truth and grace.

Even your enemy’s lost beast, return it home, restore its peace.

Let rest be holy, land and soul, six days you work, the seventh whole.

Let ox and donkey breathe and sleep, let servants rest, let silence keep.

Let harvest come with open hand, three feasts to honor God’s command:

Unleavened bread, the first of grain, and ingathering after rain.

Do not appear with empty heart, bring what is first, the sacred part.

No blood with leaven, no delay, the offering belongs today.

Honor the Lord in all you do, let justice, rest, and truth walk through.

For He is holy, kind, and wise, let faithfulness be your reply.
