Two more coverings go on top, Red-dyed ram skins. Another durable leather layer. God shelters His people with strength and care.“Moses finished what he started” Is such a powerful truth tucked inside these tabernacle chapters. It’s easy to miss because the verses feel technical, but the story underneath is one of obedience, endurance, and completion. “God’s dwelling place was not built by accident, it was designed with purpose, beauty, and layers of protection, each one revealing His desire to be near His people.”
It reads in Exodus 26:14 Easy: Make two coverings to go over the outer tent. One covering should be made from ram skins dyed red. The other covering should be made from fine leather.

Father God, thank You and praise You, for the example of Moses, who finished the work You placed in his hands. As You covered the tabernacle with layer upon layer of protection, cover my life with Your strength, Your wisdom, and Your peace. Teach me to complete the assignments You give me, to stay faithful even in the details, and to trust that every layer You add has purpose. Help me finish what I start with a steady heart, just as Moses did, and let Your presence rest over everything I build in obedience. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious Name, Amen.
