A Simple Communion

You don’t need a crowd or a special place. Just a moment, a heart willing to remember, and something to represent the bread and the cup.

Take the bread and pause.

“Jesus, thank You for Your body, given for me. I receive Your grace, Your healing, and Your love.”

Eat the bread.

Then take the cup.

“Jesus, thank You for Your blood, poured out for me. I receive forgiveness, new life, and peace.”

Drink the cup.

Sit quietly for a moment. Thank Him for being present with you.

Communion is not about perfection, it is about remembrance, gratitude, and trust.

May your Sunday bring joy, peace and family memories. May God guide the right people in your life to encourage you and you encourage them. May he keep a hedge of angels around you for protection and blessings this new week.
