What change in Paul’s circumstances had occurred?

Paul had been moved from his own hired house in Rome, where he had been chained to a solider, into the barracks of the Praetorian Guard which was attached to the palace of Ceasar in Rome. Paul had been in custody for two years “A.D. 61-63” and it was time for Paul to appear before Nero who was the Roman Emperor “A.D. 37-68″Persecution Under Nero who was afraid of his people. Nero was getting out of control of his army he was unable to control his army and keep them in his power. Nero discovered that he was losing his power, so he became a cruel man in his later life.
