You bring the best, not scraps, not haste, an unblemished heart laid on the altar’s face. Fumes of devotion rise, a fragrant sign; the choicest fat, the right thigh, set apart as mine. Fire takes what is holy; the altar keeps its claim, then God and people share the meal, one name. Bread and flesh, a table where heaven leans near, sacred and ordinary braided into cheer. Eat today; do not delay the feast of grace; what is offered now makes room for God’s face. In giving whole, we learn how to belong, holiness and welcome woven into song.
Father God, receive our best and teach us to give with whole hearts. Turn our offerings into fellowship, our reverence into welcome, and our shared meals into signs of your nearness. Help us to act now in gratitude and repair, that we may know your peace. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
