Israel was called to live differently so God’s presence could dwell among them. Distinctive obedience preserves community life and witness. So in what ways should our family live differently from the surrounding culture to honor God?

Leviticus 20:22–24 ERV: You must remember all my laws and rules. And you must obey them. I am leading you to your land. You will live in that country. If you obey my laws and rules, that land will not vomit you out. I am forcing other people to leave that country because they committed all those sins. I hate those sins! So don’t live the way those people lived. But I have told you that you will get their land. I will give their land to you. It will be your land! It is a land filled with many good things. I am the Lord your God.

Lord Jesus, give us the courage to live differently so Your presence may be known through us. Love You, Thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Precious Name Jesus Amen.

Breathe the small bright remberence of a thought.
Tend it with stubborn hands and patient light.
Let doubt be wind that tests the flame, not flood.
Feed the spark with mornings, not with fright.

Map the quiet steps that lead from wish to road.
Carry your failures like a lantern’s glow.
Each stumble is a lesson, not a load.
Each sunrise is a chance to try and grow.

Speak to the world in actions, not in fear.
Shape the day of hours with steady will.
When shadows stretch, remember why you’re here.
To build, to brave, to climb the nearer hill.
Dream it. Begin. Keep going! Make it real!
