God called the Levites, set apart,
To serve Him with a willing heart.
Each family had a special place,
A sacred duty filled with grace.

Gershon cared for curtains wide,
Kohath kept holy things with pride.
Merari guarded frames and cords,
For every task belonged to the Lord.

No work was small within God’s plan;
Each one was chosen by His hand.
With reverence, order, faith, and care,
They served the Lord who met them there.

The firstborn children were redeemed,
Revealing God’s appointed scheme.
For those He saves and calls His own
Are never left to walk alone.

Lord, help us serve where we are placed,
With faithful hearts and humble grace.
May all we do, both great and small,
Bring honor to the Lord of all.
