What is devoted to the Lord above,
Is sealed by covenant, marked by love.
Whether person, creature, field, or land,
It rests forever in His hand.

No price can buy it back again,
No silver paid, no gain of men.
Once called most holy, set apart,
It bears the imprint of God’s heart.

For all we have and all we own
Are gifts entrusted, not our own.
The vow once spoken must be true,
A sacred pledge to follow through.

Leviticus reminds us clear and strong,
To God alone all rights belong.
What we devote, we cannot reclaim,
For He is Lord, the same today.

So teach us, Father, to faithfully give,
With hearts surrendered as we live.
For all is Yours from first to last,
Our future, present, and our past.
